Early Thursday morning, the stiff wind was an indicator of an advancing storm. A spring thunder storm warming was issued forcing BASS Officials to postpone the first day of the Elite tournament on Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas. Instead of reducing the tournament to 3 days from the normal 4 day event, the entire tournament will be pushed back one full day. Friday will be Day 1 and Monday, not Sunday, will be the final day. Most anglers were glad to wait out the dangerous weather in hopes of fantastic catches for the rest of the tournament.
