Gambler Lures Scope It Series Introduces First Forward Facing Sonar Soft Plastic

Pompano Beach, FL – The dominance of forward facing sonar on MLF’s Bass Pro Tour to the Bassmaster Elite Series, as well as the budding interest from more recreational anglers in the technology made one thing apparent to Gambler Lures owner Val Osinski, “This is the future of fishing.”

With that concept in mind Osinski went about designing a line of soft plastics in concert with terminal tackle that deliver the highest amount of visual return on FFS as well as some of the most unique actions for digital sight fishing available.

According to Osinski the mission of the Scope It series is simple: “We want to make it easier to fish this way so we created an extremely unique soft plastic blend that shows up on sonar better than any standard soft plastics.  We also used concepts from radiology and radar to design a jig head that gives a powerful return and shows up on FFS no matter what angle the transducer is pointed at it.”

The Scope It Series includes:

• The Scope It Min-O and Scope It Shad which use a custom blended soft plastic to maximize appearance on FFS.  Available in 3” and 4” sizes, 6 colors each.
• The Scope It Jig Head which incorporates a unique head design specifically shaped to cause sonar wave disruption and thus create a better return.  Available in 1/8oz.to 3/8oz with options for painted or unpainted as well as with or without eyes.
• The Scope It Hover Hook which allows anglers to set up a hover rig without the adding a nail weight.  One of the hottest FFS techniques, the Hoover Hook suspends a lure in place when tension is placed on the line.  Available in 1/16oz to 1/8oz in 3 hook sizes.
